SquareSpace Template Policy

Welcome to the Bloom to Life Template Shop! I want your experience with these templates to be smooth, simple, and empowering. Whether you’re DIY-ing your site or planning to upgrade to done-for-you services, these terms will help us both stay on the same page.

By purchasing a template, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please take a few minutes to read through them so you know exactly what to expect.

✦ Template Responsibility & Access

Once the template is added to your Squarespace account, it is your responsibility to add your own content and edit the site. If you make any accidental changes, we cannot reverse them for you.

Your purchase includes your chosen template delivered one time only.

If:

• You accidentally delete the template,

• Make changes and want it resent,

• Or don’t accept the invitation within 3 months and your Squarespace trial expires...

...you will need to repurchase the template to receive it again.

Your template will come with a 3-month free trial through Squarespace. If this trial expires before you upgrade to a paid plan, your site may be deleted. To avoid this, you can ask Squarespace for a trial extension or upgrade your plan.

✦ Template Delivery

Templates are added to your Squarespace account within 24-48 hours of purchase. If it’s been longer and you haven’t received access, please reach out.

Note: While I aim for timely delivery, there may be delays during weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

✦ Refund & Exchange Policy

Because all products are digital, all sales are final. Templates cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.

Exchanges
If you realize the template you chose isn’t the right fit, I’m happy to offer a one-time exchange for another design of equal value. Please reach out to support within 15 days of purchase.

✦ Template Licensing

Each purchase includes a single-use license for one website only.
That means:
✔ 1 template = 1 license = 1 website.
If you’d like to use the same template for another site, a new license (another purchase) is required.

✦ Copyright & Usage

All templates are the original work of Bloom to Life Custom Websites and protected under copyright law.

You may not:
• Resell, redistribute, or claim the design as your own.
• Share any part of the template, graphics, or files with others.
•Any photography provided with the template is for demonstration purposes only and copyrighted to its original creator. You must replace these photographs with your own / source images yourself. We hold no liability for any image licensing / copyright issues that may occur through your use of any supplied images.

If you are using the template to build a design for a client, you are prohibited from claiming or promoting these designs as solely your own.

You may:
• Fully customize the template to fit your business and brand.
• Replace placeholder images with your own.

Your completed website design may be used in our template showcase, sales pages or on our social media for demonstration and promotion purposes.

✦ Miscellaneous: Canva Designs & Other Details

Some templates may include access to Canva graphics or bonus design files to help you elevate your brand with ease. Here's what you should know:

• Canva Use & Licensing: While I do my best to use only free Canva elements, Canva may change certain items to “Pro” (paid) at their discretion. This is out of my control. If you come across any graphics that require a Canva Pro subscription, you’ll either need to substitute them or upgrade your account to access them.

• Canva vs. Photoshop: My goal is to make everything as user-friendly as possible. That said, due to Canva’s design limitations, there may be small differences between the original designs (like those made in Photoshop) and the Canva versions. Most Canva elements are fully customizable, but some may have minor restrictions. If you're unsure or need clarification about a specific template, reach out—I’m happy to let you know if any upgrades or adjustments might be needed.

• Software & Subscriptions:
To use the templates properly, you’ll need a Squarespace account. Some templates may also require Photoshop or Canva, depending on the included design elements. Be sure to read the product description carefully so you know what’s needed before purchasing.

• Access & Updates:
You’ll have lifetime access to the template you purchase. However, I can’t promise lifetime updates. If a template is ever retired or removed from the shop, it will no longer receive updates.

• Currency:
All prices listed are in USD.
